CURRENT WORKOUT SCHEDULE:

Workout Schedule will be released weekly

Week of April 5th: We'll meet on Sunday at 8:00 AM at Fletcher's Boathouse for our weekend long run. We'll meet on Tuesday at 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM at the WLHS track for 2-3 sets of (1 x 1600m + 1 x 800m). The first rep of the morning session will start at 6:30 AM on the track. For the evening session, we will be meeting at the Stafford Street entrance to the track at 6:30 PM to begin the 2 mile warm up run out to the W&OD Trail where we will run the interval portion of the workout (the track will be closed on Tuesday evening).

Some notes on social distancing as turnouts at workouts begin to grow. Please continue to maintain an appropriate amount of separation when we're milling around before and after the workouts and don't get into each other's faces when talking. Once we start running, we quickly bust up into our smaller pace groups, so I don't see any issues with what's happening during the workouts. As always, if you think that there is any possibility that you have been exposed to the coronavirus, or if you are feeling even slightly under the weather, stay home.
