Basic annual membership fees for Capital Area Runners are $50 which covers participation in the weekend long runs and receipt of the weekly CAR newsletter, including training tips, general club information and club racing highlights.

Participation in the formal weekday training program, which includes a detailed daily training schedule and interval and tempo workouts on Tuesday and Friday mornings, is covered under a separate fee schedule as follows:

$65 for 1 month, or
$120 for 2 months, or
$170 for 3 months, or
$300 for 6 months
