At the Broad Street 10 Mile in Philly, Patrick Carter led our CAR men’s finishers in 55:07 (PR), followed by Matt Purdin in 1:05:47, Will Ellison in 1:08:25 and John Gowel in 1:25:18. Laurel LeMoigne led our women’s finishers in 59:26 (PR), followed by Mollie Zapata in 1:01:40 (PR), Emma Unterkoefler in 1:04:44 (PR), Cris Burbach in 1:10:26, Jessica Somers in 1:11:18 and Amanda Scheer in 1:15:04. 

Anna Bernal was the overall women’s winner at the Healthy Strides 5k in 20:55 and Tony Black was 5th overall in the men’s race and 1st in the 60-69 AG in 22:40. 

Scott Davis ran 16:22.38 for a track 5k at the Paul Kaiser Classic at Shippensburg University.

Pittsburgh CAR Marcy Bardenwerper ran 4:14:30 at the Kentucky Derby Festival Marathon. 

Callie Wallacehad herself a busy week and several outstanding performances with a 2:34.41 win at 800m and a 1:06.29 (PR) 3rd place at 400m in a dual meet at NCS and followed that with a 5:09.46 (PR) 2nd place at 1600m and an 11:52.79 5th place at 3200m at the Ramtastic Invitational at Robinson Secondary School. Callie’s 1600m performance was a new PR by 15 seconds!
