Laurel LeMoigne was 3rd overall female at the Parks Half Marathon in 1:21:50. If anyone want to know why I normally discourage everyone from running this race, have a chat with Laurel about her experience yesterday. 

Tony Black headed home to Iowa for the Wabash Trace Nature Trail Marathon and finished 3rd in the 60-64 AG in 3:54:14 and then announced his retirement from marathons. We’ll have to wait and see if this is one of those Tom Brady deals. 

Stephen Siegel ran 44:10 at the TMC Tucson 10k and finished almost 6 minutes ahead of his nearest competition in the 55-59 AG.
