____Today’s header photo is of Regina Black, Tisha Wheeler, Andrea Delgado, Matteo Iacoviello and Anna Bernal at yesterday’s DC Half Marathon.

Philippe Rolly ran 1:13:17 at the Philadelphia Distance Run (1/2 marathon) to finish as 2nd master and 1st in the 50-54 AG (he won the AG by 14 minutes!).

Also in Philly, Trevin Glasgow ran a 1:21:54 PR (previous best 1:26:33).

At the DC Half Marathon, Patrick Carter led our CAR finishers in 1:14:57, followed by Matteo Iacoviello in 1:30:50 (5th in the 50-59 AG), Cris Burbach in 1:34:45 (4th in the 40-49 AG), Regina Black in 1:35:19 (PR), Andrea Delgado in 1:35:34 (PR; previous best 1:42:21) and Tisha Wheeler in 1:38:25 (7th in the 40-49 AG). 

Dan Lawver survived the Barkley Fall Classic 50k in 11:50:46. 

Ashton Blackwell ran 27:41 at the Cherokee Farms Cross Country Invitational (8k). 

Callie Wallace opened her XC season with a 3rd place finish at the Episcopal HS Invitational (5k) in 19:35.9.
