Alex Peterson was the overall winner at the Anthem Corporate 5k in Richmond in 17:04. 

Nic Franklin won the 40-49 AG at the Lawyers Have Heart 5k in 21:24.

In the Lawyers Have Heart 10k, Chris Carney ran 45:01. 

Sam Schilling finished 6th overall (1st in 20-24 AG) at the Rock Hall Sprint Triathlon in 1:12:24.7. 

Erik Bates finished 14th overall (2nd in 35-39 AG) at the Rock Hall Olympic Triathlon in 2:16:53.8.
