The “Wahoo!!” performance of the week goes to Regina Black who ran a PR 3:20:32 (splits 1:40:43/1:39:49) at yesterday’s Columbus Marathon. Regina knocked 8:12 off her previous best of 3:28:44.

At the We’ve Got Your Back 5k, Matt Purdin led our CAR finishers in 18:50 (Road PR; 6th place overall male), followed by Travis Graham in 19:59 (8th overall male), Eve Hoffman in 20:10 (4th overall female) and Jade Graham in 22:27 (5th overall female). 

Callie Wallace ran 19:33 to finish 90th out of 316 finishers in the Elite HS Girls race (a total of 1,846 girls were entered in all races) at the MileStat.com XC Invitational (5k) in Richmond. This meet was attended by over 200 teams and is the premiere HS XC Invitational meet in the mid-Atlantic region. Congrats to all!
