Susanna Sullivan traveled to San Juan Capistrano to participate in an event hosted by Sound Running called “The Ten” which brought together nothing but 10,000m runners for the purpose of chasing qualifying times for the US and World Championship meets. Susanna ran a PR and club record 32:03.21 to finish 4th in the US Champs Qualifying section. At the One City Half Marathon, Matt Deters led our CAR finishers in 1:10:30 (3rd overall), followed by Greg Mariano (1:10:38; 4th overall), Tom Rammelkamp (1:10:54; 6th overall), Philippe Rolly (1:14:59; 1st overall master), Alex Fleischner (1:21:38 PR), Eric Genetti (1:22:07 PR; 2nd place 45-49 AG) and Dave Lett (1:28:27; 1st place 50-54 AG). Marisa Poe ran 5:19 to win the High School 1 Mile at the Mid-Atlantic Indoor Track Championship in VA Beach. Congrats to all!
