Lindsay Wilkins ran 2:58:37 to finish 97th overall and 12th in the 40-44 AG at the London Marathon and Daryle Lademan ran 3:27:56 which was her fastest marathon in 6 years. CAR alum Sharon Lemberger (she and Lindsay were 2 of our early recruits to the team back in 2004) ran 2:57:31 to finish 84th overall and 5th in the 45-49 AG. For Lindsay, that was her 11th consecutive sub 3 marathon dating back to Chicago Marathon in 2006. 

Marty McCormick ran 2:35:32 at St. George Marathon. I haven’t seen the AG results yet, but I’m pretty sure he was in the top 3 masters runners.

At the Dulles 10k, Greg Mariano finished 2nd overall in 32:06, Matt Deters was 4th in 32:26 and Rihana Knotts was 4th overall in the women’s race in 38:34 (PR; previous best 41:00).

In the Dulles 5k, Gabrielle McKenzie was 4th overall in the women’s race in 19:01. 

Callie Wallace ran 22:00 for 5k to finish 4th at a HS XC meet at Covenant Life School on a course that was made very slow and sloppy by the weekend rains.
